Update — Over 500 Mohalla Clinics operational as of Q1 2025. Government has announced plans to scale to 1,000. Target unmet.
हर विधानसभा में विश्व स्तरीय सरकारी स्कूल
AAP promised to build Schools of Excellence — government schools with modern infrastructure, trained teachers, and IB/CBSE curriculum — in every assembly constituency.
Update — Delhi Schools of Excellence program launched. 20+ schools renovated with modern facilities. Rollout to all 70 constituencies ongoing.
महिलाओं के लिए DTC और क्लस्टर बसों में मुफ्त यात्रा
AAP promised to provide free travel for women on all Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and cluster buses across Delhi.
Update — Scheme operational. Women travel free on all DTC and cluster buses. Government data: ~10 lakh women avail the facility daily. Pink tickets issued.
200 यूनिट तक मुफ्त बिजली
AAP promised to provide free electricity up to 200 units per month to all domestic consumers in Delhi. Bills from 201–400 units to be charged at 50% subsidy.
Update — Scheme operational since 2019. Delhi government provides 200 units free per month; 201–400 units at 50% subsidy. Beneficiaries: ~47 lakh households.
20,000 लीटर तक मुफ्त पानी
AAP promised to provide 20,000 litres (20 kilolitres) of free piped water per month to every metered household in Delhi.
Update — Scheme operational. 20 KL/month free for metered connections. Delhi Jal Board confirms over 18 lakh metered connections benefiting.

AAP promised to install 2.75 lakh CCTV cameras in residential areas, markets, and public spaces across Delhi to improve safety and deter crime.
Update — Delhi government confirmed installation of 2.75 lakh CCTV cameras managed by Resident Welfare Associations and monitored via command centres.
